After holding the line for 11 minutes, the call drops. <br> After the 3rd call of 11 minutes, I now give up. I cannot understand that service delivery is getting so poor! Speed Services used to be one of the leading courier service providers, now it's a frustration to contact them. <br> I'm going to be moving my contract to another company, as there are many to choose from.<br>
