NO RESPONSE

I PAID to post a package with the overnight courier on the 30th of September and till today the the 5th of October the packet has not been delivered. I tried tracking the package and it just says CPTCUR. I tried phoning the customer helpline and they never answer i hold on and they cut me off. This is pathetic I paid for a service that I am not getting!!!
