No Excellence at Courierit

I'm having such a bad experience with this company, if I could I'd rate them zero star. It is my first time dealing with them and I'm having such a horrible experience, I've been waiting for my package since the 3rd of Nov and no one has contacted me to make delivery arrangements and when I call the customer service center they always make up stories about me not being at home while I live with 8 people in a house and no one has seen their truck outside my house. The drive (Thabo Modishane)lies on the tracking App saying I'm not available while he never called or knocked at my gate. Such ***********s and lack of customers service.
