No delivery of parcel via Speed Service Courier

I requested fast mail service of a parcel to be send to me in Pretoria -Brooklyn by Tuesday last week 19/05/2015. As i needed a parcel urgently to be delivered in Pretoria asap a consultant at Giyani Post Office office suggested that i use a Speed Service Courier that i paid almost R90 for the service. Tracking number is TC***ZA which on the track and trace system it shows it was last scanned at JHBNET. I paid money hoping like i would get the parcel within 4 working days. Please tell me where is this JHBNET branch located so i can go there to collect my parcel, i am very ****** off by your poor pathetic service. You should change that trading name of speed service to Snail Crawling Post.<br> <br> I need my parcel now
