Good day,<br> <br> I need someone to contact me urgently.<br> <br> I have been trying to get a hold of your company since 15h00 this afternoon to find out where my parcel is that had to be delivered YESTERDAY already. It is 18h02 and is yet to be delivered. <br> <br> This is the most pathetic service that I have ever received.
