No delivery for my parcel

I went to Pretoria Post office in Church square to send my parcel on the 04/08/2015 where I have been charged to courier it to Polokwane. We been to Polokwane post office to check from the following day and they said there is nothing on their side. I tried to call their number *** and nobody is answering. You can hold for 60mins but you can't get respond, only airtime will be running out. The parcel was an emergency one and I regreted to myself as after posting it at the very same day my brother was in Pretoria and he called me to ask if I have anything to take home. I told him that I've just posted something via courier if I knew that you are around I was going to give you that parcel. Two days after I also got a trip to Polokwane where I spent my long weekend there. I went to check at Polokwane Post office and there was nothing. I asked what can be the delay, nobody can tell. I also ask the manager and unfortunately got the same respond. I am scared to loose that parcel because it is for my client which I ordered from USA. I really need help because the client is behind my back, he thinks I have used his money for my own benefits.
