No Delivery after 7 days - next day delivery

On Wednesday the 25th of August I sent a parcel via Speed Services from the Bromhof Post Office to Mulbarton and the parcel was supposed to reach the destination on Thursday but it never did. I tried to phone on Monday *** but after holding the line for 30 minutes with nobody answering I hang up the phone. I went to the website and put in my TC number to track and the answer was that the number was incorrect or was not yet captured into the system for enquiries call *** - no answer. The Post office say they do not have the parcel anymore and today and can't help me and when I phoned Speed Services today I could not even get through.
