No delivery

On the 14/09/2017 i sent a parcel from Cape Town to Pretoria which was supposed to be in Highveld Post office on the 16/09/2017 till today the parcel haven't reach the Post Office. On the 19/09/2017 i phoned speed services courier n spoke to Sekgoka who promised to investigate n get back to me, he never did. Same day my client went to Highveld & another Post Office which is the nearest was advice the parcel is not there, it shows that it's still wth courier company on their systems. The following day I phoned Speed Service Spoke to Makgaugelo who said I must follow up with Pretoria Post Office, she gave me the number ********** 024. I phoned them they said the parcel is not with them. Same story that is showing on the system that is in Jozi BT they cannot reactify where exactly. Tell me Speed Service what I am supposed to say to my client who is waiting for the parcel????
