NO DELIVERY

It's been one week since my parcel was sent to my by OVERNIGHT delivery service from Bethlehem to Bellville. it still hasn't even reached my town!<br> I've tried from Thursday, 6 Aug on their website to track down the parcel, but the website is offline. I went in to Tyger Valley Post Office on Friday, 7 Aug where they informed me that they haven't receive the parcel yet and the website is offline. I've again phoned the Tyger VAlley Post Office and they gave me Speed Services tel number. I was informed that the parcel is been laying since 4 Aug in Bloemfontein. We have paid for an overnight service. It is now been a week. I want my money back for the service which I paid for and didn't receive!!!
