No answer

Ive been calling the Speed services courier every single day for two weeks to track an international parcel, but to no avail - call centre dont answer the calls at all. I eventually got through to a lady on the number ********** 111, without she listening to my query she transfers me to their call centre to no avail again. im getting frustrated as this parcel arrived in SA on 24 Sep 2017 and no further updates were made. This is unacceptable and beyond poor service, i would actually rate them no stars at all or a minus 10 to be quite honest. Pathetic
