Never again will I use Speed Services

I couriered CPUT application forms from my local PO on the 6th August at 1120am. Granted long weekend and I didn't expect delivery to Bellville Campus until Tuesday 11th - I sms'd the tracking number to 35277 to ascertain if documents had been delivered and was unable to be assisted. Please phone the 0860..... - which I duly did only to be told by an automated reply ... high all volumes... Get an sms on Thursday that made no sense - it stated my parcel number and that it had been delivered to the Ldy branch????? I have being trying to phone the call line ***..... and 40 minutes later no answer. Next i go online to try and track parcel of doccies and even then it doesnt show up - Thanks for nothing Speed services - Grrr Never again will i use them
