My items to be couriered were ****** (cellphone)

On Tuesday 27/01/2015 I went to courier a cellphone and charger to East London and was told it would be delivered by the following day. The following day I called to check how far the delivery was and I was told by Winnie (at their contact center that it is in Kempton Park for shipment and the package was open. To my shock I asked why the package was opened and I was told it is fine, the cellphone and charger are still there and it would be delivered the day thereafter. I then called the following day which was Thursday and I was then told that the cellphone was lost/ ****** and only the charger remains. This is UNACCEPTABLE, that I pay the courier to deliver my goods and they ***** from me. I am displeased with the process as they only told me they will investigate but did not let me know when I will receive or expect feedback.
