MORE THAN 5 DAYS TO DELIVER OVERNIGHT PARCEL

My daughter send a parcel on the 24 April as overnight courier from bloem to pretoria and today on the 29 April I haven't receive the parcel, when I contact the call centre I was told that the parcel was undelivered yesterday, the messenger or courier person doesn't have a cellphone to contact me as a receiver. My daughter paid for a counter to door delivery, so how long must I wait to receive my parcel, Its better if you change the name from SPEED to SLOW SERVICE COURIERS. Whats the point of paying R160.00 if the courier can't even spend R2.50 to call a client if the parcel is undelivered. The address and the contact number on the parcel are correct, but the lame excuse is that my parcel is undelivered. shame
