Missing S6

On the 2nd June couriered brand new Samsung S6 from jhb to kzn via speed service couriers. Declared the device to the counter assistant and took out insurance for R10000. Total cost R480 for overnight delivery. 2 days later, not overnight (so much for speed service or overnight) total ******* to the publi, parcel was delivered. Sealed Shocked to find phone and charger was missing. Only sim left. Immediately logged a claim at Bromhof and directly called the courier. To date no response. In the interim I have to pay installment of R1600. Why do we take out cover and then have to wait for them to investigate *******ion within their organisation. If this is not resolved immediately I'm going to sue postnet.. and I will make sure I go public with this in every way.
