MISSING PARCEL AND NO RESPONSE FROM SPEED SERVICES

On 19 February 2015 I sent a parcel from Ulundi to Centurion via Speed Services Couriers (paying the premium price for overnight or same day delivery) however as of today (2 March 2016) the parcel has not yet reached its destination (centurion) which is 12 days time as of today. <br> I have sent 2 emails to Speed Services but have not received any response to date. <br> According to the online track n trace tool the parcel has been sitting in Pretoria but I do not understand why it has not been delivered to Centurion yet. Calling them results in no answer (I have tried 3 available numbers and no answer) and the emails dont get answered either. The parcel number in question is TA***ZA)
