Missing parcel

After posting an urgent and important parcel in Richards Bay at Postnet on 22nd June it has still not arrived in Johannesburg. I believe it was sent with Speed Services. Have sent numerous mails and tried phoning Speed Services but no reply. On tracking this I find it was last scanned at DURMAIL (HUB) 2 days later. Since then no trace!!
