Missing package

I posted a package at the Witbeeck Post office in Krugersdorp on the 19 Sept 2015 to my insurance door to door trough speed services tracer no TC***ZA the package went missing never reaching the insurance.Up to today i tried tracing the package but no luck.I spoke to Lolo and Sybile at Speed Services Couriers and they said they will get back to me no response yet.I spoke to Violet and Magda from Witbeeck Post office they also trying to find package but got no response from Speed Services Couriers.Can u please tell me what to do next.
