In January 2015 a parcel was send from Cape town to PE. No phone call was made to when they will deliver the parcel. when they delivered the parcel I was not at home. a note was left on the door with a tracking no. and phone number. I called the no and arranged delivery to my work place when the guy delivered the parcel it was not my parcel. I then called the speed services I PE and they took my details and said they will get back to me which they never did. Every time I had to call them for information about my parcel. eventually they told me my parcel is lost and I had to tell the sender to fill in a claim form. the sender worked for the post office in cape town Ian Groenmeyer. he filled in the claim form and still today the 16th July 2015 I didn't get any feedback about what is going to happen.
