Lost goods

My colleague sent a parcel using speed service couriers to his cousin in Mogwase on the 05/02/2015. On Saturday the 07/02/2014 when his cousin went to collect the parcel at the post office in Mogwase he was told that the parcel was collected long time ago by a guy called Mohamed from Limpopo in the year 2013. Then sender of the parcel went to the post office in Three Rivers on Monday to enquire about the delivery of the parcel he was told that the speed service has given them an old tracking number meaning speed service couriers are using their old tracking numbers. Then after that the sender called the speed service customer care centre and spoke to a lady by a name of Winnie Mgini and the lady promised to follow but she didn't. Everytime when the caller calls the speed service customer care centre he gets to be told that the system is down. Now they can't trace parcel and they don't want to give him the refund.
