Late/No delivery at stipulated time

I used the counter-to-door speed couriers services on the 4th of August 2015 at the Gezina Post Office and was informed that the package will be delivered on the 6th August 2015 in the morning at Northwest University. Today is the 12th of August and my package has yet to be delivered. The company does not answer their phones and they kept me \waiting fir the available operator"for more than 35 minutes in two days respectively.
