Late and no customer support whatsoever

My parcel arrived on the 4th of Aug, still waiting for the couriers in pretoria to drop it off at my address.<br> I spend almost an hour a day holding on for someone to pick up the phone, no luck....how do I get my parcel delivered to me if no one picks up from their side....no communication! <br> my tracing number is: TC***ZA
