Inefficient and unproductive services

I would just like to log a complaint regarding my experience with speed service couriers. They are extremely *********** and inefficient. I had important documents to be sent to JHB from DBN by Friday 04/03/2016, however to date the documents have not been sent and no one at the call center can give me a proper response. I made several calls to them and was just not getting the service I paid for. Suprisingly there was not even a single manager to speak to. Is this how the business operates? It's really disturbing and frustrating to deal with such an ********* company. <br> I do hope this email would make them wake up and strart providing the service they ought to . I would not think of using this service ever again. <br>
