They are absolutely useless. Loose your parcels. Lie about how they are solving the problem. Blame everyone else. The Area Manager in the Western Cape Johan Kruger is too scared to acknowledge calls or any other form of correspondence forwarded to him despite initially having had a big mouth about how he was going to rectify the problem. After having confronted Speed Courier Services about lies and bull**** they have provided not one person from Speed Courier Services will acknowledge any correspondence or respond to any queries. There appears to be a very big cover up by them to hide their I competencies and or theft within their organisation without taking any form of responsibility. Please do not make use of their services as you will take a big risk of loosing your parcels or packages and have no response from them thereafter.
