If you can't understand Afrikaans don't use it!

I wish there was a rating of minus five. Got to the Epping postal service around 8 when they just opened, I literally spent an hour being sent from pillar to post while carrying my heavy parcel. I have a painful knee which become worse while going up and down in that DC. NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE wanted to help me. I went to the parcel counter and they sent me to the post office upstairs, got there and the lady there told me to go back down to Speed reception, they told me to go back up to the office, they damaged my box and put tap with "box was found broken" now this was a problem cause the office upstairs could not accept this box. Spent an hour walking up and down. So I decided to leave everything and opt for another service.

If you can't understand Afrikaans you will be in trouble cause they talk about you to each other in that language while you standing there.

This is horrible service. DO NOT USE IT!
