I am very unimpressed with the service!

I have app**** for a job abroad and was requested to send documents in within a short period of time thus I turned to Speed service couriers. I paid the amount (R590) for the service at the Sun City post office. I was promised that the documents would be delivered in 4-5 days yet today on the forth day since I mailed the documents no progress seems to be made in delivering them to the desired address. I used the tracking number given and it confirms only that my documents were received by the Sun City post office and nothing more. I am disappointed because if I am paying for a secure tracking system, let it be one that is efficient and can actually confirm the location of customers documents. The result of this lack of delivery will probably result in me losing a position I have worked so hard to secure. I have lost trust in this service provider and would rather in the future stick to courier companies that fulfil their promises and just get the job done.
