Getting impatient

On August 1st my friend sent a package on my behalf, as I'm not currently in South Africa, from Johannesburg to Oudtshoorn. To this day the package has not been delivered.

I already sent 3 emails, with the receipt attached. Did not get any response.

Could someone please let me know what is going on?!
