FAILING to deliver

On the 17th of September we paid 82 Rand for overnight courier, we asked the person when will the parcel arrive in emtweni he said the 18 th. Well it is the 22nd and speedservices has not even scanned the parcel in...so could anyone inform me why do they have overnight if it is four days late and still no delivery.... This is poor service if only i had known this would of happend....but now I'm waiting my airtime and time phoning after the courier company... And did you ever tried phoning the 24 hour number goodness please looks like everything gets delayed. .
