Factory waiting for spare

<p>The worst experience I've ever had, the staff at the Pretoria branch dont even attempt assisting you, I Have called them back so many times and they asure me that they will call me back with the loaction of my parcel so that I can collect it as it has not arrived after being in transit from CT to PTA for over 8 days. I spoke to a Moses and I am still waiting for him or his operations manager to call me back. NEXT TIME I'LL USE www.thecourierguy.co.za They are LEGENDS!<br /><br /></p>
