Dissapointed and Unacceptable

I am terrified by the Service my Husband and I have received from Speed Services.<br> We dropped off a Parcel on the 6th of August to be sent to Ellisras. Only to find out so many times that it hasn't been sent and it still roaming somewhere in Jetpark on the 21/08/2015. This really bad and disappointing.<br> How can they call them selves Speed Services.... No pun intended!<br>
