DELAYED PARCEL - PATHETIC HIDE & SEEK SERVICE WHILE I'M DYING HERE

What a pathetic service by PAXI on my parcel - D*** which was meant to be delivered within a max of 9days, it's been about 15days now when I WhatsApp and call their service/call centre no one knows what happened to my parcel. They all promise to get back to me then next thing they close the call/chat without a solution and never get back to me. I have been telling them how critical is that parcel coz it's my chronic stuff but still no one cares. Should I die PAXI should answer to my family, I'm in so MUCH pain here but they are busy playing hide & seek with paid services. N*********!
