CV not delivered

I posted a CV and documentation for a job application on the 10th Oct from Cape Town to Worcester (all in the same province!). I was told the package will arrive not later than the 13th October - closing date for applications the 16th. I have tried checking on the status but cant get through on their website and their 24 hour call centre kicks me off after I have been on hold for 10 minutes (tried this 4 times on different nights). It is now the nght of the 15th October and I have eventually been able to find that the documents are still in Cape Town after 4 working days. The service is pathetic and will never again use them.
