Customer Service for who? for why?

<p>I called into Cape Mail & was transferred to Speedy Delivery Services as my query was with regards to a International Package. I went through to their CSC and spoke to a lady by the name Portia who was the most unhelpful consultant I have ever came across. I started giving her the tracking nr to which she responded that she had already given the required information to my manager. I then told her that he had asked me to follow up and find out who may be able to assist to which she kept repeating that she had already given him the information. It was like trying to pull teeth getting anything out of her. Unfriendly, unhelpful and should definitely not be in a client facing position seeing as she clearly does not know how to interact with other human beings.</p>
