Complaint- Delayed delivery

I am complaining about poor service. My parcel ZA*** is delayed - the turn-around time has already passed with no update. Please urgently check and advise when I will receive it.

I have tried calling the customer service centre, no luck. They gave me the WhatsApp number but still no one responds.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable. This lack of competence and lack integrity is appalling.
