COMPLAINT against speed service couriers

I went to Witbank post office to send a parcel on the 21st of Dec they advised me to use speed service courier for my parcel to get to eastern cape a lil bit sooner ,I did that and I was told I will be there by the 23rd ,but till today it hasn't arrived. I'm so disappointed and discouraged because that parcel was meant to be used on Christmas. Even today I still can't trace where the parcel is because the track number gives me NO results.
