Call Center Not functional

I sent a package from Weltevreden Park in Johannesburg to Stellenbosch marked it for a door delivery via post office through speed services. The post office sold me a red bag which i now find out is not meant for door delivery but counter. When i tracked my package on Line I realized it has been been delivered to Stelenbosch post office since the 15/0715 to date. I called the speed services call center and been talking to different agents including their supervisor Moses with no help..all I want is for me to pay whatever difference and have the package delivered at a specified address DOOR as per my indication when i sent the package Or have my package returned to me and for my money to be refunded for sending the package via their services.<br> <br> I have been on hold and in between agents who claim to be new like Musawenkosi for more than 3 hours and after my line would be terminated. To Winnie who promised to call me back but never and when I call her back I am told she is now on Leave..To the supervisor Moses who promised to come back to me but never did when I call back he is also no longer available had to leave early due to a crisis.
