Better to fetch your own stuff form wherever!

<p>I had a customer that neede to send VERY important documents to me from 100km away. The simple answer? Courier it overnight express! This was Monday the 13th of June. Today is the 20th and nothing has arrived yet. When you phone the customer services,all they can say is "There is a delay at the warehouse". When you demand answers as to where the parcel is and when it will arrive,they simply transfer you to another operator and the same happens again :Sorry Sir, there is a delay,and whoops,you are transferred. We pay for overnight express and a good service,but none of the above happens. The parcel has atracking number,but it means nothing because everytime you check the tracking number,it hasn't moved. When you phone the post office it was supposed to be collected from,they say it has been collected. So nobody knows where the parcel is in fact... Please use other courier companies as Speed services are clearly not worth the effort. I hope my parcel arrices today as I am going to loose a very important business deal because the original documents are in my "SLIGHTLY DELAYED" package...</p>
