Bad services

I have never experienced such bad service in my entire life using speed services, I sent my parcels Thursday 12 March in the morning from JHB to EC till today the items have not been delivered. Even worse some of the documents are going to the municipality with a closing date 18 March 2020 at 12:00. When I track the items am told they will only be delivered on Friday, what is the use of a speed services if it takes this long. I am so angry I do not even know how to explain this mess
