Bad service, Why are misinforming people?

The 24hr overnight delivery? as it named but bull**t, why do i pay a fee for a 24hr service if it takes more than 48hrs to deliver a parcel?, do you people know what damage you cause to peoples live or businesses with these lies? people that rely on your services?.<br> <br> My parcel posted yesterday morning in Midrand still in east london hub, i am told by a call center agent can only reach the destination on monday, are you people serious?.<br> <br> after reading previous post anyway i see thats your normal business misinforming your clients. nevr in my life i will use this bad *********** service. Call centre agents with bad attitude.
