Bad service- undelivered parcel

Parcel was sent on the 16 Aug using the overnight counter to counter service JHB to CT.

It's the 18th Aug today and I am being told my parcel hasn't even left JHB. The consult I spoke to on the phone couldn't even give a reason for the delay.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable service.
