bad service , losing parcels and treating people bad

I am VERY UNHAPPY with the service at speed service courier company as I also work at a courier company as Cds and I know you don’t treat people the way the consultants have treated me. I called 15 times I have it on record NO ANSWER OF THEY DROP THE PHONE OR KEEP ME ON HOLD I spoke to ANDRO call consultant for speed serves ….1ste off all he answered the phone rudely like if I am bothering him!!!! Then when I ask for help he reassess his voice at ME and did not want to help me… when I asked to speak to his manager then he drops the phone on me This has caused my sister to lose a customer and MONEY because off the bad serves and the type of couriers she is using and no one wanting to take reasonability or help With this loss parcel with 2 watches in it each costing R3000. My sister called for 4 days and still no help ,the received of the parcel called no help all 2 also spoke to Andro who curses at customer and answers rudely I think he needs training!!! HE IS CLEARLY NOT HAPPY AT WORK
