BAD SERVICE

Sent a parcel via post office in Turffonteinon the 20th of January 2020 I paid R114 for it to be delivered in 24hrs so they say but until NOW 23 JANUARY 2020 it still hasn't been delivered I called the call center the consultants are so ******** they don't care some of them they just dropped a call on my ear 1 I spoke to she said the parcel has been returned because of the wrong address but my question is which wrong address because the parcel was to be sent to the post office the owner will go collect it? I am so angry right now because my daughter won't have cloths to wear at her first big day at the varsity, SPEED SERVICES COURIERS YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR DON'T KNOW WHY YOU MAKE US PAY FOR SUCH BAD SERVICE
