Bad service and rude staff

I posted my parcel using overninght and until now it has not arrived. Can you please try to explain to me why? I am willing to give you a track number. I called the office and they told me that the address is non-confiriming or somthing, why is that? Why didnt you called me to tell me that because i was posting to a reliable address under ethekwini municipality?
