BAD SERVICE

Their systems have been down for 4 days but they have still been accepting parcels - so no-one is able to track their parcel and no parcels will be received until the system is back up. I have spent about three hours on hold for the call centre and no-one answers. When I get through they transfer you in the middle of your sentence and you never get through to anyone else. DO NOT USE THEM. They will not be able / willing to assist if there are any problems or delays.
