Bad Bad Service

On the 28th December I paid for a parcel to be delivered to the DOOR of my sister in Yzerfontein. Today is the 15th January and the parcel is sitting at the Darling Post Office. Why is it sitting at the Post Office when I paid for and requested a delivery to the Door and it is marked on the tracking slip. Reason for this delivery which I paid extra for is that my sister is wheelchair bound and now she has a choice of having to beg a neighbour to go to Darling to collect the parcel which is a fair drive or to make the trip in her Wheelchair which we know to be ridiculous. So thank you Speed Services for taking my money and going the short cut by saving yourselves money and for making the life of my sister just that little more difficult. I hope that one day they never find themselves in the situation my sister is placed in. Shocking Service and I was **********. Never again be very very careful using these couriers.
