at my wits end

on the 29th i phoned speed service to pick up a package and deliver it. I paid and sent my proof of payment did the whole shebang. and then? NOTHING! I didnt hear from their useless agent i didnt get any email to confirm pick up vokol. i struggled for an entire week to get hold of her gain because when ever i phone them i am placed on hold for a half an hour. I finally got hold of someone and was informed that my parcel had been posted by "other" yet the parcel is still waiting to be picked up. they keep lying saying they sent someone but they haven't. i am at a point where i am so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you ppl are absolutely useless.
