Aliexpress delivery

I ordered 2 wigs from Aliexpress, the package was very lightweight but I was charged R642.3

Okay I thought the customs was for both wigs since I ordered them at the same time only to find out that it was for one wig, had to pay another custom of R251.9 How did we get to that?
