A Month and I am still waiting

I had a package posted to me on 24/08/2015 and I am still waiting for it, when I tracked it it said it was last scanned on 25/08/2015 and it is still sitting in JHBNet. When I tried calling customer service it just rings and no one answers and the branch details does not even exist. This is really poor service if I knew it would take this long I would have never considered using speed service couriers!!
