5 days stil not left JHB

After item was bought on bidorbuy and seller shipped with counter to counter tuesday (8/9/2015) it stil is stuck in JHB after 5 days.<br> <br> Want refund on my money please as item is lost it seem....<br> <br> email me ASAP.
