Speed Surf review (over 2 years experience with their terrible service)

My wife and I play online games, have family around the world whom we talk to over the internet, we watch videos online, and do our career work from home, thanks to the internet. When the owner and technicion visited us to discuss options for our internet connection, they made many promises. They said 4mbps with them would be all we need... The connection was problematic since the start. In games, we get disconnected and latency is a real problem constantly, videos often pinwheel, we drop calls when talking with family, etc. We have upgraded our line since then to Speed Surf's best recommendation (8mbs) and we still have all the same problems. The owner & technicion use Whatsapp for "customer care" and hardly respond to us any more. They say they will "look into it", somethimes, but nothing ever improves. We never get feedback on complaints nor queries. Our connection often drops. The company claimed to have found the reason we get such poor connection and promissed to come to our house within a few days to fix the problem. 4 weeks later, they seem to have forgotten all about this and tend to ignore us when we write to them on Whatsapp (their chosen method) or change the subject. If you have very primative needs when it comes to internet connection, you might find Speed Surf works for you. If you intend online gaming, chatting over the internet, or watching movies and videos (Netflix, Youtube, Crunchyroll, etc...) stay well away or you will be wasting your time and money.
