So after taking my daughter many years to Spec Savers, I decided to try some place different, and wow was I grateful I did. I walked into spectacle warehouse in kenilworth and was greeting with a warm welcome, I didnt expect to get an appointment on the spot and was looking for guidance on when, how and where, Nicole was the optometrist on duty and she slotted me in immediately, she was so gentle and humble with my daughter and made her feel at ease, then it was time to choose frames and an friendly Sive (hope I spelt your name right) helped up go through many frames with no agitation or frustration... in 3 days the specs were ready, Nicole had it fitted and re adjusted to my daughter face, something spec savers never did, 3 days later and I'm getting follow up calls from Nicole to find out how my daughter is adjusting to her specs... Amazing service, keep it up, I'll recommend spectacle warehouse kenilworth to everybody i know
